Health insurance they provide is Medical/Dental/Vision from Meritain Health. Emergency has $250 copay, UC has $50 and Monthly premium is $760 for a family of 2 little kids, wife and Husband.

Not much in terms of benefits

Benefits sucks as you pay a very high premium for insurance that doesn't have a good coverage. Better to opt out of company provided insurance. There are no sick leaves, 8 paid leaves and you are supposed to apply leaves for client provided holidays. NO leaves will be carry forwarded to next year. Salary is month on month and they always hold 15 days of salary due to their belief on employees. No relocation is paid unless you are a top billed resource. 401k is not matched. No pension / bonus / appraisal process. Keep backup of your emails as this company sucks in internal infrastructure. Everything is dependent on the low cost/free 3rd party tools.

nothing particular...I opted to not use the insurance as I had private insurance that I felt was better and the cost was less than my cost would have been if I opted to accept offered insurance.

Best: vacation and short-term disability benefits.

pay is the worst thing

health insurance . decent training, timely payment , easy placement

Very little Perks and you have to fight to get them. They do not take care of there people.
