not much to say, I have 6 different kinds of insurance fore less than $100 a month, free mental health, and money management for all, free weight management along with back and knee pain assistance for those who qualify for one of 2 medical plans one comes with an hsa, and a new employee assistance program as of June 1st 2019.
Limited paid off, but it is earned in small increments. Free car wash and discount on expensive lube.
Best is the medical plan- eligibility about 30 days after starting if full-time, or 6 months if variable hours. Copays are low and the company contributes to the employee's HSA bank. Lots of other benefits like free life insurance, short term disability, vision, dental. Also very happy with the PTO, which is competitive in the national marketplace. I'm not happy with the 401k plan match. It's good to have a match but it is so low. Employees who would invest in the 401k plan are probably your top performers who work hard for many years, so please invest in their future!
They put it all online. You are able to go online and see step by step what you qualify for. You are also able to see the PTO you have acquired over your time of working there. You start earning PTO from day one so it makes it very much worth it.
401k is a matching program. 50% of the first 3% you contribute is matched by Mister Car Wash. Health, dental, and vision coverage isn't the greatest, but it's better than you would expect from a car wash company. PTO is accrued from day one, and you can use it after 90 days. The average employee accrues 1 hour per week, the average manager is 3-5. Management receives a performance bonus based upon EBIDAR at the store they run, and general management have stock purchasing options. Most sites have snacks, food, and drinks for their employees which is really nice. There are constant opportunities to move up and receive more training both at a store and a regional level, many upper level managers have risen from the ranks within. There seem to be a lot of hard/standard benefits, but the soft benefits are somewhat lacking. They have some, but they are not that great and enrolling in them can be difficult and time consuming.
Mister Car Wash benefits are unmatched in the car wash industry. PTO accrues starting day 1 for all employees at any level. Health, dental, vision, 401k, scholarships, money management, free car washes. . .the list goes on and on.
Mister offers PTO from day one. With in 90 days you are eligible to use the PTO you have acquired. Help with personal finance. great health benefits.
Perks from working at Mister, from day one you start accumulating PTO hours, you get free washes, if you refer a friend and they get hired you get money out of it. They also have financial assistance if you need help managing your money. Then after a year working here, you become eligible for health, dental and vision insurance! Also, 401k if you're over 18!
To few benefits for production very bias on distabution of benefit only use benefit if it benefits them
Hourly no benefits for 1 year and must be full time (over 30 hours per week) 401K is 50% match up to 6% and managing company is a nightmare to work with. Changed from Cigna to low rate UMR. PTO for corporate employees and management is good, however you will never be able to use any or have it approved. They also stopped paying it out upon leaving the company and when you have banked 120 hours because your manager will never approve your PTO so you decide to leave the company its essentially a pay cut. Hourly employees earn PTO immediately and can use after 90 days but the rate at which they earn is insanely low. For most equates to one week per year no matter tenure.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
