I really like that they match to the dollar up to 6% on my 401K, I have seen my retirement fund increase dramatically.
Benefits look nice on paper but a pay raise would be better. People rather have more money in their pockets than discounts on perks. Health insurance is ok.

The Medical benefit package is very comprehensive
If you're hired on as a permanent employee then the benefits can be good, and there are different options to choose from. The only downside is the maternity / paternity leave. For a company so big (they're owned by Snap On Tools, there should be a lot more to offer.
