Overall good benefits as any company of this size can be expected to give.
401k, health insurance, eye insurance, fair time off
Great benefits, not so great profit sharing. Really invest in employees and their growth.
Bad - Health insurance expensive. Good - Some department offers flexible work hours.
Great benefits but poor management
The benefit package is decent but you still end up paying decent amount from your packet for the medical and vision.
Company is pro health and wellness, they offer a 401K, vacation, sick leave, and time off; including the opportunity to volunteer with pay.
Medical insurance is Very expensive. EPO plan for my daughter and me would be around $400 a month. I can't swing it so have to do the HSA option until I earn more money. Even cheapest HSA option is $81 a paycheck.
Bonus days ( to account for federal holidays with restrictions of use), 5 sick days and 2 weeks of accrued vacation a year to start. Average benefits package.
For being a giant in the insurance industry, I'm surprised at how bad the health plans are.
