No benefits as they wouldn't allow me to work full time
There are absolutely no benefits packages here. Even to participate in the employee discount, they take out $4.20 out of your check every week so that you can get 50% off your food. Definitely one of the downsides to this place.
Too expensive for the amount of money I made there. In order to have benefits I would have to work 50 hours a week and hope I get enough tables. my body can't handle that.
When Ruth's Steak House owned Mitchell's, servers that were considered full time had access to benefits and our credit card tips where added at the end of the week (which you would hate, but it's actually smart), so you could have benefits. I was a part time server so I don't know exactly how great their benefits were, but the fact that a restaurant had benefits for servers is great!
There is zero opportunity for employee benefits unless you are in a management role. Even employees meals are expensive, and you have to pay for non-alcoholic drinks.
You have to pay for it, the discount package, the company was bought out by Landry's. You can apply for insurance after one year of employment. You don't get the time and a half pay for holidays but they're open for a few major holidays so that's a serious buzz kill.
None, there are no benefits.
