Low payments for healthcare. Much better than most companies.
Mitel tries to be on average par with other silicon valley company. Not great but ok. Not a valley company, it is difficult to provide the same benefits. Example, Mitel changed from accrued vacation to "unlimited". Basically any accrued vacation time were lost and unlimited time resets to zero at the start of the year. It took a long time before mitel offered 401k matching.
