The company perks are great! Vacation time is great too which really allows you to have a work/life balance. That was definitely important as I took the job the same year I got married/went on a honeymoon.
Awesome health insurance, $100/month “wellness” reimbursement like a gym membership, free lunch every day, love the NYC wework space - everyone has standing desks, beyond comfortable working environment, great location and coworkers
health insurance could use some improvement, 401k matching doesn't exist
company trips fully stocked fridge company outings work life balance startup culture good downtown location
No 401k, No cell reimbursement,
Very competitive. I believe it's flexible from role to role
Wonderful health insurance, free food, amazing Tahoe trip. Great perks.
Worst thing is a limited PTO policy
Multiplicity of company sponsored events, training sessions, and gatherings. Great vacation policy with you getting 3 weeks of PTO when you start + getting additional week of PTO after you hit your 1 year mark. In addition to this, last week of December is always the company-wide shot-down for Christmas which is also paid. Collectively, after being an employee for just 1 year you get 5 weeks of time off + all of the usual paid holidays + several days paid for the Annual Tahoe trip in Feb/Mar of each year. Health insurance provides multiple options and is on par with other great tech companies. Mixpanel also has unlimited sick days, free food/snacks, and a bunch of discounted gym memberships, full Udacity access etc.
Good: Kaiser, daily catered lunch Bad: $50 cell reimbursement, no gym/wellness stipend, no 401K match
