401K match is 2% starting 1 month after hiring date then 7% after 1 year and bonus is matched too. Match is vested after 1 year. Pto days are above average 30 days for avp, 35 days above but include sick days. Cigna plans are inexpensive however they are very disorganized. If you need long term medical equipment you better have enough supply at home because it will take over 2 months to process your prescriptions and your physician will have to send prescriptions multiple times. Vision plan doesn't work for regular lenses, only the extra thick ones nobody wants. Life insurance coverage is 3 years of annual base salary and dependants can be covered up to 60% of this amount for an extra cost.
