Have solid benefits, health/med/dental/vision. Semi full kitchen with quality food and snacks to make you own breakfast and lunch. They cater dinner if you stay late. Benefits team that really cares. No set vacation days - take what you need. Reward top employees assistance programs with many things (commute expense, exercise program, etc...) Waiting on: they have yet to provide a matching 401k, as is the case with most smaller companies - once they do that, it will be great!

Benefits go into effect Day one. Lots of perks and they seem to take care of their people. Great 401K, PTO is unlimited (manager approval) and requesting time off isn't frowned upon!
