    Unlimited, but you should feel confident in taking at least 15 days a year since that was what it was before they changed it. There are crunch times, but otherwise no one really minds if take time off when you want to.

Unlimited PTO, 401-k match via profit sharing, FSA/HSA, free vision, they keep adding more every quarter. Just extended PTO to unlimited, adding Long-Term disability, and announced tuition reimbursement. They (management) really listen to us and add new things all the time.

Best - Lots of free food Worst - No 401K matching

Thank you for the review. I too quite enjoy all of our free snacks...even if my pants don't always agree with me. We don't have traditional 401k match, however, we do offer all team members eligibility to participate in our profit sharing plan and for the past number of years we have provided a 5% contribution to that plan. Meaning all team members receive 5% of all wages they earned as an employer contribution to their 401k plan. The contribution is made on an annual basis a few months following the end of the calendar year. The best part is, you don't even have to contribute to receive the contributions. Also, whatever percentage the executive leadership selects will include all of your wages, including any bonuses you may have received.

Best: Free Vision + Dental. Worst: No 401k Matching.

Best thing - great medical carrier, great prices for employee only (my HDHP/HSA plan is free!). Worst thing - need greater subsidy on medical when dependents are added.
