Vacation time is generous (over 2 weeks) and the health insurance is 75% paid by employer.
Medical benefits arent always paid for. Missed payments over the last 2 years. With commission only and flexibility to work from home( not really but more so if you are on vacation) vacation pay or time off pay is an illusion. You aren’t paid one way or the other. Take 2 weeks off for vacation or a sick parent or sick child, no pay if you haven’t sold anything. 3 weeks off just means you have 3 weeks to “officially” not work. You will certainly be called, emailed and will receive texts even on vacation. If your customer needs something and you miss the opportunity, you lose the commission. Contact any former employee on LinkedIn. Ask them. If you are offered a salary, it’s small and short lived as is the future of this company. Search the company in Hillsborough Clerk of Courts. Ohio. New Jersey. Do your research.
Paid time off is great. Hard to find this much anymore as most companies have trimmed the added expense from their employees. Not so here
NO maternity leave!!! Horrible. You would even be deducted pay if you had a family emergency.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
