Absolutely amazing. Three different healthcare plans, 401k with match, extensive PTO, dental, vision, company paid life insurance, and much more.
Health insurance is a complete joke. Pay weekly premiums for medical benefits that doesn't cover anything until at least $6,000 is paid.
Contracters in general recieve very little benefits. The benefits package here is more than other hiring agencies that higher contracters.
There's a lot of out of pocket expenses

Plans aren't bad as far as the deductibles go. $500 and $1500 are the two options as well as an HSA. Employees' insurance isn't bad, but it you're adding a spouse or kids, forget about it.
well since I worked at the google site and not for modis directly the benefits and perks were great like free lunch and snacks as well as a bunch of games to play
You get large PTO but never get to use it, or you work on vacation. They have FMLA but metrics rise while on it, so you will be let go when you get back. Offer Volunteer hours (but its for a charity they pick)
Benefits are not competitive with those offered by competitors (both public and private).
