No perks as a contractor
Average. Insurance was decent, although there was some out of pocket expense.
Good 401K plan with contribution match and extra compensation match. No employee stock purchase plan though. OK health benefits. In order to reduce cost of health insurances you have to participate in regular check ups and other health events promoted by company. If your spouse works and can get health insurance at his\her workplace and you want to cover your spouse with your benefits, there will be an extra charge. Vacation is OK, 15 days after one year at work.
