The company now uses FOND for employee perks that are provided on top of a solid health/401k and misc. benefits packages
Best insurance benefits. Access to best care. Really high copays. Great insurance for when I had to get knee reconstruction surgery
Loved the VTO paid by the company to do volunteer work
Excellent benefits, but not cheap.
Management could be a pain depending on who your working under.
Health care expensive
The best thing about Molina benefits is that they pay 100% for employee individual plans and a large portion of the family plan healthcare benefit package. They offer a 401K and an opportunity for their employees to enroll in their stock program at a discounted rate. Vacation time off starts with 18 days a year for the first 3 years of service with holidays off and after the first year they give each employee a "floating" holiday that they can use with pay anytime they need it. they also offer employees 16 hours of additional pay for approved volunteer work in the community.
best: casual dress code everyday worst: work/life balance
Best: 16 hours of paid volunteer time off.
Molina's benefits are being slashed. Health care benefits reduced, bonuses, the only thing that made this company great was the pay.
