Not bad at all for benefits
No real benefits, no vacation or PTO. Sometimes work parties but that's about it. Not even a set amount of hours, every day is so unpredictable. You can have a $20 or $100 day ONLY commission. Have to work so hard and pressure people so much to buy some overpriced pictures.
Worst thing is no one explains anything to you. It is sent to you via email and you are expected to know what to do with what they send. Very unprofessional and overwhelming
Benefits are average and continue to decline. The continual switching to the lowest cost health provider results in more out of pocket expense with any health costs. Premiums are competitively priced and company does provide money into Health Savings Account if that option is chosen.
This job was ok and would work there again if possible
The hsa isn't bad but if you want goose health coverage you have to get the expensive healthcare option not the lowest one. There is a 401k option but I don't think its really worth your money. Aflac is also an option. The fact that you don't really make good commissions was enough for a lot of people to chose not having any benefits instead of loosing a chunk of their paycheck every month.
It is not great. You have to pay a deductible for the insurance. The company is cheap with all their employees. Executive to Field positions, I will run from this company.
If we want insurance benefits we must purchase what they offer which is too costly. We do not get raises, or sick days, time off,
Nothing bad it's your choice to choose a 401k or put certain amount away. Nothing bad to say but wish there were more benefits in general.
I have to say it's impressive that they would give any paid time off for a part-time sales position.
