Best thing, they have a bonus plan if you have enough billable hours in a month. It works out to around 5% of your salary. Worst thing, the sick leave / vacation policy. You have to get several different approvals to take any time off, and (although I wasn't there long enough to take any) they sound like they're picky about letting you take it. Also, it doesn't roll over.
