i was able to start work from 5 am - 9 am as long as i consistent. they allowed me to schedule my calls as the stores needed service and attention.
they had limited benefits until you reached so many hours; i believe it was around 3 months or x amount of hours e4ach week
Interns do not qualify for such benefit packages. Only full-time employees do. However, I do believe they offer standard health care coverage, 401k, etc. for the actual employees.
