Best benefits you can ask for.
4 weeks PTO (sick & vacation rolled up) but they force you to take 2 weeks at their discretion, 9% 401k match if you manage to last 2 years
They don’t seem to care about employees.
it provided everything that I needed.
i was able to start work from 5 am - 9 am as long as i consistent. they allowed me to schedule my calls as the stores needed service and attention.
they had limited benefits until you reached so many hours; i believe it was around 3 months or x amount of hours e4ach week
Interns do not qualify for such benefit packages. Only full-time employees do. However, I do believe they offer standard health care coverage, 401k, etc. for the actual employees.
Good benefits, 401k match up to 6% Worst, no pension plan Overall pretty good Not much else I can say
The benefits are unheard of and I am very grateful to the company and my peers.
Its whats best for me!
