Good benefits, 401k match up to 6% Worst, no pension plan Overall pretty good Not much else I can say
The benefits are unheard of and I am very grateful to the company and my peers.
Its whats best for me!
Health and Dental Insurance, Company Car Allowance, Insurance, 401k contributions. Ability to contribute to HSA
health insurance with Blue Cross, Dental insurance with Delta, Vision with EyeMed, subsidized legal insurance with Arag, and Life insurance. 401K match up to 6%. 10 days vacation. They give you a lot of trouble if you try using sick days. Sales Reps got company cars, that was nice. Hours are sort of flexible; you can take off if you need to, but you will be too buried in work to be able too regularly. You get an HSA with Wells Fargo and contributions depending on health and accomplishing health goals($1200 max/year i believe). Tuition reimbursement if you work full-time.
No discounts on products, no vacation day accrual. You can request more or less hours at the PT level.
Benefits were comparable to other leading CPG companies
Good leave benefits for maternity and paternity
The health insurance is cheap
Very good package for medical benefits. The company seems to pay the lions share of costs, and it is self-administered.
