They give you a lot of trouble if you try using sick days. Sales Reps got company cars, that was nice. Hours are sort of flexible; you can take off if you need to, but you will be too buried in work to be able too regularly. You get an HSA with Wells Fargo and contributions depending on health and accomplishing health goals($1200 max/year i believe). Tuition reimbursement if you work full-time.
