Company Car that you technically pay for but unlimited use.
The 401K is really good. The PTO is very high, even if you're prorated for starting in the middle of the year. You can earn more days over time, and can carry days over into the next year.
Community Involvement, #1cookie producer, great employee development
High Health Insurance and really high deductible
I don't receive any benefits as a part time employee. I think I may be able to sign up for health care, but I think I would have to pay for the entire amount. I am only reimbursed 45 cents per mile and that is only in between stores. As a part time employee, I do not have any saved vacation time and I think I have only have the 3 sick days available per year? Maybe due to a mandate?
Not allowed to take more than a weeks vacation at a time.
Overall benefits are good. You get a company car when in sales and they cover all gas and maintenance. Health Insurance, Dental, vision - all good but rising costs (happening everywhere). Paid Time off is also reasonable although there were cuts on vacation time a few years ago. You get more vacation time the longer you work there.
Pretty good health insurance plan, 401K, 20 days of holidays as of first year
Benefit website provides good information on Benefit options
The health insurance is the worst.
