a person had to reach a certain amount of hours on the job to qualify, you earned the benefit based on the hours worked
3 weeks starting. 8 weeks max i believe after 10 years.
It was ok but I always could use more time off
Vacation is goos as you put times into the company.
Lots of flexibility on how and where to work, generous PTO
Two weeks paid for first three years, company usually picks week during summer for shutdown. So for three years you get one week and they don't do flex time, no, and you'll get the last pick since you're low seniority... Generally February or March 😫
After a year of employment, employees are given a week of vacation time. Which increases each year, until a max amount of 5 weeks is reached
Good PTO and time off it is why most people stay
Number of days varies by location and position (salaried, hourly, union, etc) and may not include separate sick time. Days are given at the beginning of the year and some can be carried over to the next year.
Annual PTO starts @ 15 days & increases based on service years. It can't be accumulated.
