No PTO and Deductibles are very high.
They offer complete benefits to supplement their candidates taking contract to perm roles, where the placement at a company does not provide benefits until a candidate reaches permanent status.

At this time, the role is contract so the length of time is somewhat limited. I wouldn't consider this a drawback due to the nature of the role.

I do not have an answer for that yet as I have not fully reviewed the benefits packages. So far the benefits seem good.
I can not say at this time what would be the best and worst thing about the benefits package at Mondo, since I am a new hire and haven't fully investigated all of the option available.
