Fully paid 12 weeks of maternity leave, unlimited PTO, great insurance plans (excellent coverage at an affordable price, even for dependents), free catered lunch if you work at HQ, flexible hours, many remote employees.
Great health insurance, commuter benefits, FSA. No 401K match.
unlimited paid vacation, free lunch
Unlimited PTO, paid maternity leave, stock options, flexible work environment (both in terms of locations and hours). Medical benefits are affordable and comprehensive. No 401K matching. Employees in the PA office get free catered lunches every day.
Free Lunch, Snacks, Drinks save money and time. Food quality is above average with plenty of healthy options. Unlimited vacation policy sounds good in theory but workload and staffing capacity makes time off difficult. Work from Home available and flexible hours helps. Health Care benefits/options are good, but a bit on the expensive side. Both HMO and PPO options. Includes Dental and Vision options as well. 401k available but no match. Company Stock Options provided. Great office space and yearly company parties.
good benefits at the company
Free lunch and very flexible time off policy is fantastic. No matching 401k could be improved.
The best benefit is the flexibility. You can (within reason) set your own hours. You can work from home when necessary. Sick/personal/vacation time isn't closely tracked, so as long as you're not taking an excessive amount relative to everyone else, and you're still getting things done and being a valuable employee, you don't have to worry much about it. Medical benefits are very good (at least for the HMO) but pricey. Dental benefits aren't terrible, but they're a step down from the medical plan. No 401(k) match. One other perk worth mentioning. The company, in its recruiting efforts, has made a big deal about the fact that it offers free catered lunch every day. But the new CEO is now trying to play down that perk, suggesting that it has led to "coasters" who take advantage of the company's generosity without giving 100% effort in return.
Fully covered medical was outstanding.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
