Great package overall. Benefits package is clearly provided yearly and you can also increase coverages based on your salary.
Company offered lots of perks such as 401k and health insurance. However the health insurance was not quite ideal, the 401k on the other hand was something that was very needed. It set up my retirement benefits for me from the first day of my employment with the option to being able to take the amount out if I left the company
Great benefits through the contracting agency
Health insurance isn't very good, high deductible plan. The 401k will match up to 3% then .5% up to 5%, so you put in 5% they will match to 4%. They recently increased time off to keep up with the industry.
Medical is so expensive and not good coverage
Pro: Benefits start the first day of hire for all levels. Con: There is a high deductible and out of pocket for medical.
It was basically a disaster plan. High deductible.
Overall decent benefits. High deductible HSA plan. All other benefits are good. Good PTO plan for new employees and long term employees.
