Health insurance isn't the best. Other perks make up for it. Free dental, life and vision. 401K match is decent. Other student loan services and credit monitoring included
Benefits have come a long way over the last 24 months as they have grown from a small company to a mid size company. Major improvements have been made to their 401k and health benefits.
Benefits are great and easy to deal with. All programs can be easily obtained and HR is a breeze to when it comes to getting help.
Benefits are average at best
The good: TDN has a decent 401k plan. I believe they match up to 6%. The bad: PTO is the bare minimum. There are only five or six paid holidays.. Health insurance is laughably bad.
Full benefits after 90 continuous days, good health and life packages. Vacation and sick days were almost non existent, the company was in the midst of being bought out when I left so this may have changed with new ownership.
Best thing is affordable healthcare. No real downside.
Medical, dental and vision coverage.401K, etc. Worst would have to be the amount of time off we receive. Its not enough. One week a year...and all of that is roped into your sick time. So you better hope you don't get sick.
the 401k isn't that good but the benefits are exceptional for about $60 month you can get amazing healthcare dental and eye
everything about the benefits is really really bad
