Pros: Compensation is very competitive. Benefits are good. Flexible work from home options. Cons: Management has changed multiple times in last 2-3 years. Need to now focus on product and be more transparent with employees.
Overall benefits are very fair in all categories including medical coverage(Kaiser or Aetna), dental, vision, health savings account, flexible spending account, life / AD&D insurance, etc.

There's really not a lot to say about it except it's average.
