They provided 401k matching 3% of each paycheck's gross pay, and they provided free life insurance with a certain dollar maximum. They offered options of medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance benefits for employees. Additionally, there was an employee discount program you could use but I found that discounts on online sites like Cardcash and via Costco retailers, offered greater discounts than that employee program. Overall still an above average benefits package compared to the very low starting salary.
