Monster offers great benefit options at no cost to the employee.
Monster’s benefits leaves little to be desired.
By far. Best company to work for.
When you first get hired you need to accumulate your vacation days so its hard to go on vacation for the 1st year. You get one floating holiday to use whenever during the year, plus you get to choose if you want Christmas Eve off or New Year's eve off at the discretion of your department. Your 401K is handled through Transamerica. You get 3 options to chose from for your healthcare package. The first 4 , you get 2 weeks of PTO and on the 5th year you get up to 3 weeks of PTO.
Free healthcare for employees and a good rate for their family members
Benefits at Monster are great! Definitely the best I have ever had. I hardly pay anything aside from a $15 copay. When I went to the hospital and had to stay overnight, my copay was only $100. 401k match.
Standard/basic offering of benefits that hit requirements by California law or industry standards and are only available for full-time employees. Nothing really exceptional. 10 holidays + 2wks vacation per yr but only after a certain # of months. 4% 401k match (only if you contribute 8%) - vested at 4yrs Health PPO/HMO, vision and dental insurance offered but no mental health care coverage. Other benefits like maternity leave, disability etc. are provided by California law and not a single cent more than what is required. Two cases of product per month you can buy at low cost. Five merch items per month (think t-shirts) you can buy at low cost
Great package. No stock options.
