    The best thing about the insurance is the vision and dental. I've worked at a few places in my short professional career and they were the best to date in coverage.

    They provided us with some plans to choose from. I have seen better benefits, yet I have also seen worse. Monster would be considered middle of the pack. Granted, I was generally healthy when working there so I did not utilize all the health benefits.

    Monster contributes very generously to an HRA account that counts towards your out of pocket max so basically they are splitting the cost with you.
