“Lots of health and wellness benefits and perks and benefits like corporate discounts and free services. Medical insurance a bit expensive. Dental insurance is decent. Family/dependent care, PTO and mental health benefits are amazing. Monster truly cares for its employees from top to bottom!”
“good just never had opportunity to take advantage”
“No match. It was (an already low) 3% before Coronavirus and then they suspended it for the rest of 2020 and have made no plans to bring it back in 2021, no matter how well the business does. This is how these things go. Benefits get eroded then the lower bar become "the new normal." Next year it'll be "yeah we don't have a 401k match" like it's always been that way and you're crazy to ask.”
Has real good perks and good hours
Monster has a great benefits package with paid time off, sick days, "self care" days and more. They really care about the well being of their employees.
Medical insurance is a bit expensive, but the rest of the benefits are amazing. HR is constantly looking for ways to support employees. PTO for mental health and volunteer days, free premium subscriptions to apps like the "Calm" app, and more. From HR all the way through the entire leadership org, employees' well-being is top priority.
