    The Benefits are Strong and Competitive: • 401K with 50% match up to 6% (3% Match) (3 Years Fully Vested) • Employee Stock Purchase Plan up to 10% contribution of Salary (5% Discount of Stock Price) • Pre-Tax Transportation for Commuting • Heath Insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision) • 10 Vacation Days/2 Floating Holidays/2 Personal Days/Sick Days (All Paid) • Tuition Reimbursement Program (up to $5,000~ if Work Related) • Flexible Working Arrangements (Occasionally work from Home etc.) • Summer Friday - Leave Earlier at 1PM~ • Company Cafeteria in NYC Location • Nice Modern Office and Clean Facilities • Holiday Party's/Happy Hours • Extra Perks/Discounts off Products (Gyms, Phone Plans, Etc.) They seem great on the surface, and they are pretty comparable to any large corporation. But some of the benefits may go unused or are more difficult to get such as tuition reimbursement or a permanent flexible working arrangement. With the way the future is headed and to appeal to future employees, they should offer student loan reimbursement payments as well as a more relaxed/less bureaucratic working environment. Considering they try to appear as a "start-up" in some ways but are more corporate. Overall the benefits are pretty good if you use them or find yourself needing them. 4/5 Stars

    Benefit are reasonable and offered at competitive prices. The vast majority are standard and are on par with similar organizations.

    competitive benefits package which is good; unpaid leave for parental care is unfortunate - hopefully that will change soon as the company has recently extended paternity leave.
