    10 weeks for parental leave. If you are the birthing parent depending on how you gave birth, 6 weeks for vaginal and 8 weeks for c section of STD. So if you are the birthing parent you get either 16 or 18 weeks of paid leave depending on how you gave birth.

    I used maternity leave twice at Moody's, and I didn't feel stigmatized upon my return. Of course, I think everyone should expect that if they go on leave twice in less in not quite two years, that's like working 1 1/2 yrs, not 2 yrs, in terms of promotion path. But I got promoted right before going on leave the first time and eventually after going on leave the second time. In terms of actual time provided, I think it's comparable to most places, 4 weeks paid by the company plus 6 weeks paid under short term disability via health insurance (potentially longer if complications, I believe).

    But you'll likely be terminated when you get back from leave so look for a new job.
