Benefits package is standard for financial industry, including vacation 3-4wks, 401k match. Only one medical and dental provider, but coverage is satisfactory. Work from home flexibility depends on your role.
Pension is not offered to new employees but is grandparented
Good vacation time offered after multiple years not the job and the maternity policy is very progressive for a US company
Great benefits package - health, annual bonus, equity based on title, 401K. Promotes life work balance, D&I.
Also offer backup daycare which is a nice perk...
Generous benefits compared with other large corporations
The full time employee benefits package is industry standard as I am told. It seems to cover what I need but not sure how it compares to other companies.
401(k) is matched 50% per dollar up to 6% (so MCO matches max 3%), health benefits are not free but standard/good, analysts get good bonuses but admins are not part of that; they are given $500 in December and team/executive will also give a card with money with a few hundred more. Rather low PTO to start compared to rest of industry - 10 days, then after a year or two they add on another day. One can buy MCO stock for a 5% discount.
the benefits package wasnt all that it was medium to average. the health insurance was okay not up to par 401 k nice though the match
not good - can be better
