Almost every benefit I need is covered. Good insurance plan and flexible working time.
Health, vision, dental, matching 401k, tuition reimbursement, matching dependent care fsa, matching hsa, matching donations, maternity/paternity leave, museum memberships, commuter plan, work from home, internship, college recruitment, fresh grad rotating program, cafeteria, mothering room, . Good company to be with. Been here with the same department over 10 years. Staff can ask for transfers to other departments but I choose to stay put.
The benefits are strong. They offer 10 weeks maternity AND paternity leave, matching 50% of first 6% on your 401K, solid PPO healthcare, etc.
fairly good 401 k matching and profit sharing
6% match on 401K, good medical plan, flexible work hours in some teams
Extended paid maternity leave compared to most finance companies
This company does a great job in providing diversity.
Employees who were hired prior to 1/1/2008 received a good pension plan. Post 1/1/2008 now receive the "low" balance accumulation retirement plan
Fair and expected from a mid-sized company.
Best: company contributes $500 match for first $500 in dependent care account. Ok: The 401K match is 50% of the first 6% so essentially 3% match. 10 weeks of parental leave for birth or adoption of child.
