Moog just switched to a flexible vacation plan in the US that allows vacation time off to be available from the start and flexible as long as it meets the business needs.

FYI Moog is changing to a “As much as you want” system where PTO is pre-approved with managers but there isn’t a limit. There will be a separate, modest, bucket of sick/personal days that can’t be used for vacation. This will switch on 1/1/19.
