FYI Moog is changing to a “As much as you want” system where PTO is pre-approved with managers but there isn’t a limit. There will be a separate, modest, bucket of sick/personal days that can’t be used for vacation. This will switch on 1/1/19.

Overall, benefits were pretty good for employees. Option of Kaiser or Anthem Blue Cross PPO, but had to pay more for PPO. Benefits also kicked in immediately upon my start date which was nice (no 90 day waiting period).
