You start out with 2 weeks vacation (plus about 10 holidays). After 5 years you get a third week, then on every 5 year anniversary you get a 35 day bonus. Vacation rolls over.
Really poor for new employees. You need 5 years before you get to 3 weeks.
Its really a good experience..
2 weeks a year until 5 years, then it goes up to 3 weeks of vacation per year. At 10 years, you get 7 extra weeks.
It takes 5 years to be vested and earn, but once you have it, it is a very generous plan
