The Company really values its employees and takes care of their benefits. The workplace is comfortable with full kitchen, snacks, etc. Lunch brought in once a week. Nice location but a little far from mass transition. View of the Bay. Worst thing about benes is having to work through Sequoia to sign up for health, etc.
Positive: Flexible Schedule, put the hours in, don’t take the mickey, and you will have no problem taking vacation whenever you need to, No limits, within reason...
its pretty good overall, can work from home at any time
Benefits are average however, a very generous stock option grant makes it super appealing overall.
Unlimited PTO and sick days Commuter benefits Catered lunches Opportunities to WFH
As good as any other technology company I have worked for: Several medical, dental, vision options 401(k) Stock options Great employee tools/portal Outstanding mobile app Unlimited vacation
Benefits are fairly good but do not compare to the bigger companies. Best things include unlimited PTO and medical insurance options. Free snacks and beverages with company lunch once a week. Cons include no 401K matching and higher cost for medical, dental and vision. Life insurance is only 1 times your salary so you'll need to carry a separate personal policy.
Great health benefits for my whole family. Unique to find at a Series C company.
Excellent benefits for a start-up, with a good amount of choice. The unlimited PTO concept actually works, because the management team are reasonable decent humans! :-)
Best: working remote, stock options, company location and social events. Healthy snacks. Macbook air.
