FE Moran offers a very good health insurance plan along with a 401 K program. You are required to submit 3% of your salary into the 401 K program which I feel is a good thing because it forces you to think about retirement. The company absorb the health care cost increase last year and did not pass that along to the partners
Moran offers pretty basic benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with 50% company match up to 6%. While there is no official work from home policy, a good number of people are allowed to. Vacation is 10 days through the first 6 years with a 5 day bump every 5 years, maxing out at 20 days and an additional 5 personal days. The performance bonus differs based on the division you work for and payed out based off of personal performance and company performance.
They match your HSA contribution up to a fixed dollar amount and your overall out of pocket cost in the HSA plan is lower than a traditional health insurance plan.
