Way to expensive for the level of coverage
Average, the health insurance is still expensive
Vacation time is generous. Since they are a Jewish company, you get off all of the observant holidays. Health insurance for a PPO is pricey.
Best thing is all the time off. Paid vacation, sick time, Jewish holidays plus regular holidays off. Worst thing is poor/expensive insurance coverage, no employer matching to 401K, very little raises or bonuses. Employer is very cheap, but spends excessivly on pouring money into departments making no money.
I had 3 weeks paid vacation plus all the Jewish holidays, which I negotiated, but that was largely because of lack of compensation in other areas.
Free flu shot. Medical, Dental, Vision. Life Insurance, Emergency Sickness Insurance (like if you get cancer).
Employees pay a lot for health coverage, do not match 401K.
Expensive health insurance, no matching on 401k, tons of random holidays off. Most years 22-26 days off total. Not good bonus or raises depends on divisions though.
They offered good health insurance and 401k, the company also engages the employees by allowing our questions to be answered by insurance reps during open enrollment meetings.
