Annual bonus based on the performance of the company. The insurance plan is really good and covers a lot of thing. The company takes care of the employees really well.

Pros: Higher than market average base annual slary, good insurance benefits coverage that includes dental and natual therapies. Cons: unpaid overtime and weekend hours, due to fixed annual slary. Management will find any simple flimsy excuses to deny yearly end bonuses &raises & promtions to the common workers. Excuse such as small spelling mistakes, small communication differences ... etc. Very cheap and unkind managers full of internal fights.
Cannot tell - I'm a contractor, my rate is OK. As I learned it could be better though.
Good: 4 week vacation. Sick leave is not counted as vacation days. Bad: Dental is not as good.
