Benefits were solid, but different divisions offered different packages...the Firm was not on a singular benefit offering....and some were much more attractive than others.
The insurance covered medical, RX, glasses, dental. Co pays were low. I think the benefits overrode the cons of Morgan Stanley work wise.
I wish I had more vacation days. I only get 10 and my team doesn't really let me take off during the holidays. I am the only one that isn't from the tri-state area so it's a bummer I don't get to see my family for the holidays. That's okay, I'm just one year in. If I am hear longer I hope that changes.
Good time off, Pay is Okay, Excellent Medical
You get the usual benefits, profit sharing is something you don't get.
not much really. I paid for my own parking permits. No gym. The only places where you could get food in the office building were the vending machines and the little deli place on 1f.
Great benefits and 401K and medical.
401K is a full match of your contributions.
401k is matched at 4%
as an intern, you do not have any benefit packages.
