4% 401(k) match (there is a roth option); 3 health insurance options to choose from 2 providers (Cigna & United), very reasonable premiums for your needs; some nice perks for working at MS; extremely generous vacation days for entry-level analyst position
Benefits don't begin until hired on permanently.
Bi-weekly employee contribution is reasonable but the lowest deductible option is $500.00 per year.
Benefits can be tailored to your needs. It ranges from high deductible to low deductible with huge premiums. Premiums are expensive.
Not entirely sure about the benefits other than salary and over-time pay option. Only interned there for a summer. Great gym facility in HQ at 1585 broadway
Great overall benefits, generous PTO (4 weeks), although 401k match could be better, vesting period is quite long.
401k match, full medical, dental, vision
Best firm to work, if u can get ur hands on this and dont take too much load.
Best things about working here are health plan, 401k, retirement and equity plans, worst part of plan is maternity leave
Morgan Stanley offers some great choices in health, dental and vision care. My plan covers many traditional and non traditional forms of medicine. 401k Options are pretty limited, they do offer a match though. Vacation is pretty standard. They offer quite a few perks to their financial advisors and managers....it would be nice if thise perks were also available to the associates or as they are called "staff".
