health insurance options are available - high deductible plan with HSA or more comprehensive coverage with optional HSA. The cost is per person for a family plan so it can really add up quicly.

It is nothing to brag about. The first year, you really don't get any leave time, but I guess it is to see how loyal you are to the company. Leave time more than doubles after the first year.
Most of the insurance was good. Average price I have seen better but I have also seen worse. No sick or personal days. 1.8 hrs can be earned after 90 days and only earned every two weeks which equals 4.5ish hours for the entire year. Paid holidays are very few and far between. If you need to leave due to hurricanes don't hold your breath. You need a medical note for everything. Minimum Maternity leave better buy short term disability.
Great health insurance, and lots of good supplemental options (STD, LTD, Life, etc.).
No benefits at all if you are not worked at least 2 years in this "great" company.
