Benefits were good at this company. Pay is what was lacking. The company needs to compensate their employees better.
Benefits are middle of the road. Base salaries are mostly in line with industry, but bonuses are well below average. 401k matching is 80% up to 5% of salary, which is below consulting industry standards. Great work life balance and flexibility to work from home (client permitting), PTO is decent, paternity leave is 5 days while many companies are now offering up to 2 months. Healthcare costs to employee are significantly higher than other firms.
