Benefits are very affordable and yearly benefit meetings make it easier to understand changes and what is new.
The medical coverage is better than the UAW Blue Cross and Blue Shield!
Benefits to fit all budgets
They offer dental, vision, health insurance its pretty standard. 401k and a company paid life insurance policy. You can accrue PTO. They also offer separate paid time off for your yearly physical. They also offer monetary incentives for working out. There is a free gym. Nothing special though. Cardio machines and some dumbbells.
Morley Companies employment does include health, dental, and vision coverage as well as 401k The bad thing is the benefits are not the absolute best, they are just okay.
Very good options for health, optical, dental, and life insurance. A fair amount of vacation time. Good 401K program. Complimentary company gym. Huge selection friends and family discounts or incentives through contractors.
Expensive. Making $10.00 a hour and insurance is taking $150.00 out plus taxes leaves nothing!
You get 401k matching after 6 months of employment. Health benefits, including vision and dental start on day one. You also get a life insurance policy.
Health benefits are great! 401k is also good at 50 cents till 6%.
They offer decent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc. However, a large majority of Morley's employees are call-center, low-paid (barely over minimum wage), which means they are likely eligible for free Medicaid. Thus, the benefits are useless, and you still get crappy hourly wages.
