The monetary benefits aren't good at all. The negotiation also doesn't help. The other benefits like work culture are good.
Well, it's gotten progressively worse over the years (likely due to management's attempts to squeeze blood from a stone). At least as far as the health/wellness benefits. The 401(k) matching is nice, but they'll probably eventually take that away too.
