Everything was nice about company
The best things are the 401K match and the HSA match
Very generous 401k & HSA match and free access to company fitness center.
The 401k is above the industry standard by far. The pay plan and the flexibility of schedule are phenomenal
Very high deductible for health insurance (you can choose either $5,000 or $,7500 per person). For the low wages they pay, how do they expect for employees to afford a minimum deductible of $5k? The HSA spending account was the best benefit offered. They matched dollar for dollar pre-tax (and also put up to $300 in depending on time of enrollment). You can keep that money even after you leave the company. I am not sure if they changed for that open enrollment for 2016.
The best thing about the benefits, were that you got a furniture discount. The worst was the fact that what I had to pay for a family of 5 for insurance was about the same as COBRA
Very high deductible health insurance.
Health Insurance benefits package VERY expensive especially for what you receive
High deductible and high contribution.
It's not the best, but not the worst either.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
