Morris-Jenkins' total compensation package is more focused on providing top-pay and performance incentive versus a "Cadillac plan" model. However, the insurance plan options, paid time off, holiday pay, overtime potential (in most hourly positions), and other perks are very competitive, particularly for a company of this size and within this industry. The company subsidizes most of the cost for health insurance premiums for the employee and offers 3 options at this time with varying levels of coverage comprehensiveness and employee-paid contribution to premium costs. The premium costs for insuring the whole family are somewhat costly, but to put things in perspective, (1) that's the case wherever you work these days because the healthcare costs have rapidly risen over the years, and (2) most of the jobs here pay far more than you'd make anywhere else doing the same thing that it more than makes up the difference financially.
Not enough coverage. Cost is extremely high
Horrible most expensive benefits EVER!!!!!!!
Best is that, if you have any questions they are there to help. The worst is the cost for healthcare.
