The health insurance was very worthwhile and a great asset, especially with the birth of a child and maternity leave. The vision insurance is also a good deal.

Large group plan so rates are relatively low. Fair paid vacation package.

Best thing is vacation days available but, the worst thing is you lose them if you don't take it in the fiscal year. Overall they are there if you need to use them and available when you have time to take them.
Great company perks (Discount on cell phone, movie tickets, discounted travel assistant etc), Decent medical plan, company paid short term disability for salaried associates. Worst thing is the flexibility of using vacation/PTO not because of the company but due to the nature of the work. (Food service) but it isn't too bad either
