It’s great company to work for
Very competitive with what is on the market.
Unsure- nobody ever spoke with me about benefits after my inital post-hiring period was over
Benefits are competitive in the market; medical, dental, vision, 401k. Good amount of paid time off from hire date. Company perks include corporate discounts.
Everything from management to pay. They are a horrible company to work for and I would not recommend working for them ever! You overpay for benefits and they are not that great. If you are salary you work about 95 hours a week. When you average out your pay you are making less than minimum wage and it will never be recognized by management.
The premiums for the health insurance is high. Everything else is ok. There is a lot of voluntary benefits that you can get also.
Eye care is great. Never used the health care, dental or retirement program. Food is a great deal at $7 a week. No compensation for working holidays or weekends.
Health insurance is subsided by the corporation, we work every holiday, there's is a 401k that's all I have to say about the war in Vietnam
The best thing about the benefits package was that the insurance was actually very good and quite cheap for brand name.
No paid holidays or vacation/sick for part-timers
