Health insurance is excellence for the hospitality industry
As a recent college grad the benefits are great and affordable
They had good benefits package. Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits were a little costly but had multiple tiers to chose from. PTO was good. However, there was no rollover of days, and was on a use or lose it. Low level managers frequently lost their days by the end of the calendar year depending on their director, client, or regional director directive.
Best thing about the benefits package: you can select whatever insurance package you want. Also dental plans are included.
The Flex card and dental plan.
The health insurance was very worthwhile and a great asset, especially with the birth of a child and maternity leave. The vision insurance is also a good deal.
It's good, needs tuition reimbursement Equity incentives
I was only part time so I had no benefits. I didn't sign up for any that might have been available.
Large group plan so rates are relatively low. Fair paid vacation package.
If you don't work full time you don't get anything at all. Full timers said the benefits suck
