25 days PTO for your first year which increases incrementally as you gain seniority. I think 35 days or so is the max PTO. Health insurance was affordable and coverage was beyond anything I've ever had. Dental benefits cover mostly everything. They offer 401k (not sure of the percent they match). They also pay for license cost/ registration cost and continuing education. For $12 per pay period you can enroll in their meal plan (they outline what you can take in the employee handbook). They will invest in training you for job growth and management opportunities.
