Health insurance benefits are great.
Average for a company but nothing special
Seemed to be ok. Healthcare can just be expensive no matter what, so I think what we had is decent.

There are two options for health insurance (HSA or HRA).
Very good plan but lacking a few benefits that most employers would provide.
High weekly deduction for a high deductible
The high deductible plans are less than ideal over the old PPO plans.
The company is self-insured, and Cigna is the administrator. Expect to be challenged on legitimate claims! Company used to advocate for it's employees, but seems resigned to doing whatever Cigna determines in order to keep premiums low. Company HSA/HRA contributions are less than competitors offer, but premiums are reasonable.
