The more years you work, the more time you get off. The type of work the company does doesn’t always allow you to get away easily. A lot of senior people just don’t use their PTO.

Your PTO accumulates faster the longer you are employed.
Wish I had a few more PTO days with them wanting employees to travel more for work. But better than most other positions for my age.
Kind of low, stating at 2 weeks, then you gain more the longer you stay with the company.
